Description
A delightful apartment nestled in the peaceful Maremma countryside, set on the first floor of a terraced house with stunning views over the rolling hills. The location is truly ideal: just 15 minutes from Grosseto, it's the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Tuscany. Within a short drive you can reach the sea, the iconic landscapes of Val d'Orcia, the rejuvenating Terme di Saturnia, and Monte Amiata. A tranquil retreat for anyone seeking sea, hilltop villages, and relaxation. 🌿🌊🏰 The entrance is independent from street level, through a private gate that leads into a small courtyard sheltered by a large canopy — perfect for storing bikes, motorcycles, cars, and more. After a short flight of stairs, you'll reach the enclosed veranda terrace, transformed into a charming sitting area where you can unwind in complete privacy. From here, the apartment entrance opens into a bright and spacious living area featuring a sofa bed, a comfortable extendable dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Through a small hallway, you'll find the sleeping area, comprising a beautiful double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with shower. A second terrace — accessible directly from the single bedroom — features a sink and washing machine. From here, the views over the surrounding hills are simply magnificent. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: ultra-fast 5G Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, mosquito screens on every window, solar panels, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, plates, glasses, pots and kitchenware, washing machine, clothes dryer with pegs, and outdoor spaces. On arrival, guests will also find complete sets of bed linen and bath towels, along with a small welcome amenity kit with soaps. After parking easily in the ample free on-street parking, you'll access the property through a private gate. A staircase leads up to the first-floor apartment. We offer full flexibility with self check-in, though we'll be delighted to welcome you in person if you prefer.
