The apartment
Le Dune is spread across the ground floor and first floor of a building situated directly on the Castiglione della Pescaia shoreline, at Via J.F. Kennedy 29, in the peaceful Le Dune locality. The layout is designed to maximise summer comfort.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed – ideal for additional guests or children – a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin/single bedroom, served by a second bathroom. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedrooms: even on the hottest days in Maremma, coming back inside is always cool and refreshing.
Outside, the private patio with dining table is the perfect spot for breakfast in the shade or an al-fresco dinner after a long day on the beach. A reserved private parking space completes the picture – a far-from-obvious convenience at one of Tuscany's most popular seaside destinations.
